The importance of Magnesium rich foods.
Make sure you’re eating the right foods to help balance your vitamins and minerals.
It is so extremely hard to find time to make healthy meals these days, with our ever-busy schedules.
We are forever running from one thing to the next. We rush from the time we wake up, to the time we hit the bed; our day is filled with going to work, getting the kids to and from school, taking them to dance, sports or a school event.
By the time we get home, cooking a meal is the last thing we want to do. So, we stop at one of the local fast food joints, or order in one of my favorites – pizza.
We think that is enough, but it’s not. All those fast food places and processed foods are loaded with chemicals, sugars, and high sodium, and lacking all the important nutrients are body needs.
Just because we like something and the kids will eat it, doesn’t make it healthy for us.
Adults and children alike are not getting the proper nutrients from the foods we eat. There are many different reasons for that, but one reason for sure — we are not eating enough green veggies.
One of the minerals many of us seem to be lacking is magnesium.
Magnesium is vital to our bodies and plays an important part in our moods and bones.

I highly recommend reading the rest of this article from FX Medicine , you may be surprised what you learn about Magnesium and the role it plays. I found out firsthand what role it played in my own child’s life, when he was diagnosed with PANDAS/PANS/OCD and Tourette’s.
I highly recommend talking to your doctor about it, if you or your family show any signs of deficiency, also make sure to be eating a lot of foods rich with magnesium.
